40'HC containers from manufacturers arrive at the ports of Gdańsk, Rotterdam and Constanța, while pallet stock goes to the main warehouse in Pruszków and the warehouse in Slovakia.

Nearest shipping point
We ship from the location closest to your site that has the goods in stock. Full containers go straight from the port, with no reloading in Poland.

Picking & packing
Pallets secured with corner boards and straps; ADR for batteries; CMR and packing list.

Delivery or pick-up
DDP by groupage or FTL carrier to your site, or EXW pick-up by your own carrier; tracking number in the customer portal.

Where we ship from
Goods do not have to pass through Pruszków. We ship from the point that is closest and cheapest to your site.
Delivery terms
DDP — our logistics to your site (transport, insurance, customs). EXW — own pick-up by your carrier from a warehouse or port.
Carriers
Dachser, Raben, DSV — pallet and FTL loads. Lithium batteries ship as ADR (UN3480) with UN38.3 and SDS documents.
EU delivery
DDP covers transport, insurance and customs; rate from the zone table or confirmed by a manager.
